Would your organization like to partner with The CASE Competition? Our sponsors benefit from exposure to future real estate leaders, unmatched brand awareness among real estate practitioners, and direct access to creative ideas that will address solving our cities' most prevalent problems.

The CASE has been run by the Alumni Association of the MIT Center for Real Estate (AACRE) since 2009. In 2017, the AACRE partnered with the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School, The University of Cambridge, Harvard Business School, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to form The CASE Collaborative, a consortium of respected graduate real estate programs spanning the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Our mission is to organize the leading real estate development case competition for graduate students globally.

Each year, one of the partner institutions of The CASE Collaborative will host The CASE. This will provide fresh ideas for The CASE to flourish and will foster friendly competition among The CASE Collaborative members to put on a remarkable competition for graduate student participants worldwide. Similar to Olympic host cities, each host institution will have a unique opportunity to showcase a prominent development site of its choosing, in its own distinct way. We believe this new global partnership and revolving host format will maintain The CASE’s preeminence among the growing field of real estate development case competitions worldwide.
